The ICT-Fachassessment is not an off-the-shelf questionnaire. It is the result of more than twenty years of work at the intersection of language, education, assessment and technology – brought together in one company.
Many people today face the same question: Which ICT role truly fits my abilities – and what next step is realistic? This cannot be answered by asking only about interests. It takes language, education, assessment experience and an understanding of how work actually functions in organizations.
Since 2001, exactly these resources have grown in our environment: interpreting, coaching, HR and job coaching on one side – teaching, ICT training and professional orientation on the other. In 2018, they were brought together in Alpasana GmbH. Since then, we have not worked as a collection of separate offers, but as a company with a shared view of people, skills and procedures.
A central part of this is assessment. Anyone who evaluates skills must work fairly, transparently and robustly – this is not learned from books, but from responsibility for hundreds of final exams each year, a large team of experts and procedures that must also withstand an appeal. Exactly this understanding is built into every detail of this assessment.
At the same time, the ICT world is changing rapidly: roles are becoming broader, AI is changing workflows, and institutions need faster, understandable bases for decision-making. For us, it was therefore clear: a modern ICT assessment must be adaptive, multilingual, role-based and suitable for institutions – orientation for people, clean processes for organizations.
The ICT-Fachassessment therefore brings together all four resources of our company: language and communication, ICT education, assessment expertise, and AI and process automation. This combination creates the added value – an evaluation that remains understandable while still having enough technical depth to trigger real next steps.
